**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Park Grounds Tech to join our team in maintaining the grounds of our park facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tasks such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting flowers, and ensuring that the park grounds are clean and well-maintained.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, and leaf blowers.
- Knowledge of plant care and maintenance.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Responsibilities:**
- Mow lawns, trim hedges, and maintain flower beds.
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and trees as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment.
- Keep park grounds clean and free of debris.
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance.
- Report any safety hazards or issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations.

**Work Environment:**
The Park Grounds Tech will primarily work outdoors in the park facilities, exposed to various weather conditions. They may operate heavy machinery and equipment and must follow all safety guidelines to ensure their well-being.
