Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our hospitality team. This role is vital to ensuring that our guests enjoy a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the general upkeep, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs of hotel facilities, guest rooms, and common areas.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a hotel, resort, or hospitality setting

• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and operate maintenance tools and equipment safely

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude

• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and building systems to identify and resolve maintenance needs

• Complete repair tasks including plumbing, painting, HVAC maintenance, and basic electrical work

• Respond promptly and courteously to guest service requests related to maintenance issues

• Work closely with the housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure rooms and facilities meet brand standards

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following all health and safety protocols

• Assist with seasonal maintenance projects and emergency repairs as needed
