Part-Time Engineering Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Engineering Administrative Assistant to support our maintenance and engineering team.

Position Overview:
The Engineering Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting daily operations within the engineering and maintenance department. This individual will assist with scheduling, inventory tracking, documentation, and communication to help ensure the department runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with scheduling maintenance and repair work orders

  • Maintain and update maintenance records, logs, and reports

  • Track inventory of tools, parts, and supplies

  • Support communication between the engineering team and other departments

  • Order supplies and materials as directed

  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

  • Assist with compliance documentation and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Work Schedule:

  • Part-time position
