**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing food items as per the recipes and specifications provided. This individual must ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality standards.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Prepare food items according to the menu and recipes.
2. Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
3. Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
4. Cook food in various utensils or grills.
5. Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages.
6. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and assist with cleaning tasks as needed.

**Qualifications:**
1. Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role.
2. Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
3. Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
4. Ability to work well in a team environment.
5. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
6. Certification from a culinary school is a plus.
